بعد أن تصدر النجم اياد نصار منذ بداية عرض مسلسل صحاب الارض، التريند عربيا، احتل مكانه أيضاً عالمياً، وتمكن بشخصية ناصر التي يقدمها في العمل من لفت أنظار الجميع في كل انحاء العالم، حيث اظهر العمل مدى المعاناة الانسانية التي عاشها أهل غزة في الحرب التي خاضوها على مدار سنتين،.
يذكر أن صحاب الارض يتعرض للهجوم من قبل الكيان المعتدي، منذ بداية الإعلان عن عرضه خلال شهر رمضان الكريم، فكانت محاولاتهم الدائمة في اظهار رفض الشعب الفلسطيني للعمل، وبأنه لا يروي الحكاية الأصلية.
ووفقا لخبر نشر في صحيفة هاآرتس الاسرائليه كانت وترجمته كالأتي: “تجسيد درامي لغزة: إسرائيل تمنع ممثلين مصريين من دخول البلاد بعد نشر دعاية كاذبة.”، إلى جانب التهديدات التي تصل لكل صناع العمل يومياً.
وكان النجم اياد نصار اكد خلال عدد من المداخلات التلفزيونية السابقة أن الرسالة الأساسية للمسلسل تتمثل في التاكيد على ان الفلسطيني يبحث عن الحياة ويتمسك بها رغم الحرب، وهذا ظهر من خلال عدد من المشاهد وكان ابرزها مشهد الزفاف الذي اقيم وسط الدمار، مضيفا أن تقديم القضية بلغة إنسانية واقعية هو ما يسمح بوصوله للعالم خارج نطاق الوطن العربي.
